Introduction

These Terms of Service describe the basic rules for accessing and using Imfundo Hub. By using the platform, you agree to use it responsibly and only for authorized learning activities.

Access

Platform access is invite-only or request-based. Access may be approved, limited, suspended, or removed depending on user role, course enrollment, and platform administration needs.

Accurate Information

Users must provide accurate information when requesting access, joining courses, or using platform features.

Learner Access

Learners access only courses they are invited or enrolled into. Learners must not attempt to access course records, messages, or learning data that do not belong to them.

Instructor Content

Instructors are responsible for the content, resources, assignments, quizzes, announcements, and feedback they upload or publish through Imfundo Hub.

Misuse

Users must not misuse the platform, interfere with access controls, upload harmful content, harass other users, or use Imfundo Hub for unlawful activity.

Pilot Mode

The platform may be in pilot or testing mode. Features may be adjusted, paused, added, or removed over time as the service develops.

DownTimes Ecosystem

Imfundo Hub is managed and operated under the DownTimes ecosystem.
